An RF detector is a device that detects true radio frequencies.  This is a very important device in paranormal investigating.  You can never have too many.  It can rule out any man-made radio frequencies that might be triggering other detectors and devices such as an EMF meter or even a REM Pod.  These are general detectors used for everyday radio frequency detection for things such as cell phones, wireless cameras, wireless mics, even security devices such as bugs and taps.  We also have an RF filter probe to detect RF within walls, outlets, and other locations throughout a property.

 

In order to rule out cell phone interference IGSS members are not allowed to take their cellphones out for investigating.  All phones are kept at our command center during investigation.
