IGSS owns a Spectercam specifically developed by SpecterCam, LLC.  This camera is a surveillance camera enhanced specifically for entity detection using a special external filter system using all colors of the light spectrum.  As SpecterCam, LLC says this camera can "see beyond human sight".  This particular camera can view and record using full-spectrum lighting; not just infra-red.  It is thought that entities might show up on different colors on the light spectrum such as Ultra-violet light which is not seen by the human eye.
